Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow 2-3 to process your order. Expect an email within 5-7 days to let you 
know your order is on the way! 
STORE PICKUP -  Safety Supplies SA - 15 Sherriffs Road, Lonsdale, SA 5160
Orders can be picked up daily, from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY 
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to 
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Adelaide Metro areas. 
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking 
information. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 
Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 days using Australia Post or Fedex (TNT) 
Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days]. Flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 applies to Adelaide Metro orders, shipping Interstate is $20.00.

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time. 

BULKY ITEMS -Cabinets, Showers, Spill Bunds etc. - Please contact us for freight charges before placing your order. We will not honour orders that are put through at the incorrect freight rate. We will contact you and amend freight or offer a full refund.

Stock - In the event we do not have stock in store to complete your order, we will advise and get the required items as soon as possible. Stock will normally arrive to us within 3-5 days.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original 
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@safetysuppliessa.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
